Miss Kataryzna Dawidek-Pietryka (f)

Kataryzna is the Senior Clinical Pharmacist employed by the practice. 

Kataryzna leads our Pharmacist team to action medication queries, medication reviews and oversee the development of policies and new services to improve patient care in an MDT approach with our Lead GP. 

Miss Liliana Bocan (f)

Liliana is a Clinical Pharmacist an actions medication queries, reviews and reconciliation.

Liliana also works at other Practices in the Heeley+ Primary Care Network.

Physiotherapists

 

The practice hosts a physiotherapy service. This is for any First Contact MSK concerns issues patients may be facing. i.e Back pain, Knee / Shoulder / Joint Pains, restricted movement etc. Our Physio's should be the first contact for any MSK issues and can assess any joint issues and can offer advice on onward treatment plans or investigations. This includes recommending pain relief, joint injections, rehabilitation plans or referring for onward investigations such as scans or surgery assessments.


Our Reception team can book you an appointment directly with our Physio service. 
Primary Care Mental Health. 

 

The practice hosts the Primary Care Mental Health team for the Heeley+ Primary Care Network. The team includes varied roles to support patients living with Mental Health needs and includes community connectors, counsellors and clinical phycologists. If you are a patient within the Heeley+ Primary Care network and feel you need mental health support, please feel free to contact us to discuss Mental Health referral options. 

 

IAPT

Extended Team

 

The practice also works closely with a number of Link workers and care co-ordinators to support any patients needing further support. This may be to offer support to attend appointments, with referrals to food banks, social issues, Universal credit applications, or patients just needing time to discuss or understand recent diagnosis or investigations or patients wanting support in finding or accessing local courses or support to avoid isolation. Our reception team can help to organise you an appointment with our care co-ordinators or link workers to discuss social prescribing.
